You’ll coordinate with us and place your deposit prior to processing. The meat is then processed at a USDA inspected processing facility, aged as ordered, packaged, sealed, and frozen. You can pick up your grass-fed lamb at our Madison, VA farm or we offer free delivery within Lancaster County, PA. If you are outside of Lancaster we can arrange a location for pick up.

If you prefer to buy the whole lamb and process at a facility of your choice, please contact the farm and we will make other arrangements waiving the processing fee.
